鲁迅
（1881-1936）
伟大的文学家、思想家、革命家、新文化运动奠基人。原名周树人，浙江绍兴人。 1927年10月，鲁迅自广州来沪，一直定居虹口，直至逝世。

郭沫若
（1892-1978）
新文化运动巨匠之一，卓越的文学家、史学家和社会活动家。原名郭开贞，四川乐山人。二十年代和四十年代曾两次居住虹口。

guo moruo (1892-1978)

one of the great masters of the new-culture movement. excelent writer, historian and social activitist. originally named guo kaizhen, born in leshan, sichuan province. dwelt in hongkou twice during the period from 1920s to 1940s.

瞿秋白
（1899-1935）
中国共产党早期领导人之一，中国革命文学事业奠基人之一，杰出的无产阶级革命家、理论家、宣传家，江苏常州人。1931年来沪，1933年3月初搬入虹口，与鲁迅共同领导左翼文化运动。

qu qiubai (1899-1935)

one of the earlier leaders of the communist party of china. one of the frounders of the revolutionary literary cause of china. excellent proletariat revolutionist, theorist and propagandist. originally from changzhou, jiangsu province. came to shanghai in 1931. removed to hongkou in march, 1933. accompanied with lu xun as a leader of the left-wing cultural movement.

茅盾
（1896-1981）
新文化运动巨匠之一，卓越的文学家、社会活动家。原名沈德鸿，浙江桐乡人。二十年代至四十年代曾三次居住虹口。

叶圣陶
（1894-1988）
著名作家、教育家、出版家。原名叶绍钧，江苏苏州人。1927年至1935年居住虹口，任《小说月报》主编，创作长篇小说《倪焕之》。

夏衍
（1900-1995）
著名剧作家、电影艺术家，原名沈端先，浙江杭州人。1927年5月搬入虹口。

冯雪峰
（1903-1976）
我国革命文艺奠基人之一，文艺理论家、诗人，原名冯福春，浙江义乌人，二十年代至四十年代曾三次寓居虹口。

沈尹默
（1883-1971）
新文化运动先驱者之一，诗人、书法家。浙江吴兴人，1946年定居虹口海伦路504号，直至1971年春病逝。

丁玲
（1904-1986）
著名作家、社会活动家。原名蒋冰之，湖南临澧人。1933年曾居住虹口。

内山完造
（日）（1885-1959）
内山书店店主、国际友好人士、鲁迅先生的挚友、日本 山人。1916年至1947年始终居住在虹口。
